Call For Late Breaking Results

The IROS 2025 Late-Breaking Results Poster Session offers an opportunity for researchers to present new and timely findings that have not yet been published or peer-reviewed. This session is intended to highlight emerging ideas, preliminary results, or recent developments in the field of robotics and intelligent systems, fostering early dissemination and constructive scholarly discussion.

Submissions should consist of a one-page extended abstract outlining the core contributions of the work, accompanied by a poster in PDF format. Accepted submissions will be made available to conference attendees in both physical and electronic form. Please note that these contributions will not be included in the official conference proceedings, nor will they undergo formal peer review.

All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee for technical relevance and clarity. The submission deadline is August 20, 2025. At least one author of each accepted poster must register for the conference and be present during the poster session to engage with attendees.

We encourage researchers at all stages of their projects to take advantage of this session to share their latest insights and receive early feedback from the IROS community.
